Typically, we extend software trials for one calendar year. If your software is expiring soon, we may reach out to you to see how your course is going and if you'd like to renew it again.
If you'd like to reach out to us in advance to renew your software license, submit the HUB ID you use for your course back into our HUB ID form. Here are some instruction on how to find your HUB ID.
We'll get an alert and renew your software once you submit the form. We'd also love to chat sometime about how you're using this in your course!
