[Agregar a tus Estudiantes al Portal](https://help.hubspotedu.com/en/preguntas-frecuentes?hsLang=en#agregar-a-tus-estudiantes-al-portal) # ¿Cómo puedo controlar el contenido al que tienen acceso mis estudiantes dentro de mi portal del PPE a través de Asset Partitioning? ## La herramienta de Asset Partitioning le permite a los instructores controlar los activos (correos electrónicos, páginas de destino, blogs) que serían visibles y editables en el portal del PPE por parte de los estudiantes.   **Nota:** Esta configuración no es necesaria para los estudiantes que solo están tomando certificaciones de HubSpot Academy (su progreso en las certificaciones es completamente privado para ellos mismos). Esta configuración tampoco es obligatoria para los estudiantes que utilizan las herramientas empresariales en el portal, sin embargo, será útil en caso tal deseas que los estudiantes solo vean y tengan acceso a su propio contenido y no a lo que están haciendo los demás. #### Contexto: Considera que los estudiantes agregados al portal son similares a los empleados agregados a la cuenta de HubSpot de una empresa. Por un lado, quieres que los empleados colaboren en las mismas campañas de marketing y tengan acceso a toda la información. Pero por otro lado, una empresa puede tener tanto un equipo de marketing para Norteamérica como un equipo de marketing para Sudamérica, y puede que no tenga sentido que cierto contenido del portal sean vistos y compartidos entre ambos equipos. #### **Asset Partitioning:** HubSpot ofrece una función llamada [*Asset Partitioning*](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/es/account/limit-access-to-your-hubspot-assets), que te permite, como usuario SuperAdmin y profesor, controlar a que pueden acceder tus estudiantes y a qué no dentro de tu portal. Cuando se activa el *asset partitioning,* todo el nuevo contenido cread solo será visible y editable dentro de un equipo en específico. Esto significa que los estudiantes pueden crear y ver únicamente sus propios correos electrónicos, páginas de destino y blogs dentro de su equipo. Sin embargo, los flujos de trabajo, anuncios, campañas, paneles, etc., son visibles para todos a menos que se asigne un flujo de trabajo a cada equipo de estudiantes individualmente. Se sugiere que se active el interruptor "**restringir nuevo contenido**" antes de crear cualquier contenido nuevo, ya que los activos existentes que fueron creados antes de que se active esta función deberán asignarse manualmente. Si deseas que los estudiantes solo vean y tengan acceso a su propio trabajo, puedes poner a cada estudiante en un equipo de 1 (Ten en cuenta que esto podría tomar mucho tiempo y podría ser un poco tedioso para ti).
